The
size of the huge flowers in the background can only be appreciated when
there is a person in the foreground. They were individual Yuka flowers,
each over 14ft tall!
In
the distance, you can just make out St. Mary's across the water.
Not
that interesting at first glance, but look closely.... I've never seen GREEN
flowers before, with striking green petals, so these were quite bizarre!
Another
mainland chopper prepares to land on Tresco.
The
small quay on the south side of the island, only accessible at high tide.
