Location: New York - Florida, United States.

Owner: Deedee

Mr. Ego in New York, enjoying a trip up the Empire State Building. He loved it but had a little bit of vertigo !

The following week, he booked into his hotel in St.Pete's beach, Florida. He had a lovely view from his hotel room

Once unpacked, he checked the weather forecast in the local paper and was thrilled to see that thunderstorms were forecast for every day!

However, the mornings proved to be fantastic for sunbathing and topping up his tan!

Back to the UK - Meeting friends in Wiltshire

Dates: 11th June -20th July, 2005
Location: Trowbridge, Wiltshire. Weymouth, Dorset.

Owner: Adiwood

Mr. Ego liked the look of his new patch

He soon made loads of friends...

...but soon felt although he needed a nap after the long trip!

He really enjoyed his trip to Swanage and Weymouth. So much so he tried to jump off the multi-storey to get to the beach! Photo is taken in Weymouth from the multi-storey over looking the harbour.

Channel Hopping

Dates: 23rd June -18th August, 2005
Location: Guernsey & Carteret, France

Owner: Beaufort

Just a taster of Mr. Ego's trip to Guernsey, on the forum.

O
ff we went to France, here is Mr. Ego making sure we were holding a steady course.

He was also very interested in the engine revs, temp, oil pressure etc, but he was a bit little to helm, so we didn't let him.

Soon introduced him to cafe society.

Took him for a little jaunt up to the estuary.

He loved shopping in the the local winery! 20 litres of your finest 'Merlot' at a quid a litre.

Then to 'la plage' and 'pression'.

Whilst he was on the beach we introduced Mr. Ego to the noble occupation of 'fried egg spotting'. I don't know if you do this in the UK, but it's very popular over here. Basically young nubile French women whilst lying on their backs sunbathing (topless) certain parts of their anatomy resemble fried eggs! Mr. Ego loved this'.

After the beach Mr. Ego decided he needed an ice cold beer, so we adjourned to the Carteret Yacht Club, for a few.

Yours truly and Mr. Ego enjoying a relaxing luncheon!

Mr. Ego and Gary Sarre have lunch together.

....and then Mr. Ego fortified after a good lunch plays chicken.
