3rd January 2002, Cairngorm, Scotland
Dawn breaks on CairnGorm Mountain, looking up from the Daylodge around 8.30am!

3rd January 2002, Cairngorm, Scotland
Managed to get a lil snow into this category somehow!!
Alan Mackay
aka Skifreak.

13th May 2002, Hogs Back, Guildford
Taken just after sitting out a heavy thunderstorm, I had to run into a very wet, knee-high grass field to get this, and I got soaked
Terry Fryer
aka Terry22.

20th May 2002, Reading
The normally peaceful lake in the university campus shuddered under a deluge of rain. The surface seemed to "dance" as the huge raindrops pumelled the water. NOT the weather for ducks!
Laura Gilchrist
aka Laura G.

June 2002, Leicestershire
"Chasing a thunderstorm, this pic was taken near the A5. What impressed me was the cloud formation indicating lots of action above a very unusually quiet A5. A stark contrast.
Mark Humpage
aka markh.

3rd July 2002, Caesers Camp, Tweseldown
Very ugly cell, that passed so low to my position, I felt I could reach up and touch it. Hail
and rain left me soaking.
Terry Fryer
aka Terry22.

July 2002, South Wales
Very heavy shower and thunderstorm produced the most amazing curvature on the bottom of a cloud!
Duncan
aka Du Snow.

July 2002, Norfolk Coast - Nr Cromer
This was taken from the cliff edge looking down on the beach near Cromer, showing an all too un-common occurance of sun, no on-shore breeze, high temperatures and of course, some people having a dip!
Vaughan Stevenson
aka
VStevenson.

August 2002, Rayleigh, Essex
A sunset interrupted (beautifully) by these cumulus looking clouds. The sun's rays always find a way past the cloud in these situations!
Rob Fuller
aka redberrythunder.

August 2002, St Aubins Bay, Jersey, Channel Islands
Funnel cloud over Elizabeth Castle, Jersey.
James Tingley
aka James T.
